Aaron L. Schwartz joined the New York office of Kaplan Fox as an associate in 2017. His practice focuses on antitrust, consumer protection, and securities litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schwartz was a Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Antitrust Section. As a Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Schwartz conducted investigations, brought suit to enjoin anticompetitive corporate mergers, and prosecuted pharmaceutical product-hopping schemes, market allocation schemes, and unfair trade practices.

Mr. Schwartz is a 2009 graduate of the University of Wisconsin—Madison where he received a B.A. in both History and Political Science. In 2014, Mr. Schwartz graduated from The Pennsylvania State University—The Dickinson School of Law.

Mr. Schwartz is admitted to the Bars of the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
