Description

Walter Howe is a staff attorney in the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area office. He works on matters involving consumer protection, data privacy, securities, antitrust, and employment. Mr. Howe is currently involved in a number of litigations, including In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation. In 2020, Mr. Howe was named a “Northern California Super Lawyer – Rising Star.”

Mr. Howe is a proud graduate of the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Howe served as a research editor on the Journal of National Security Law & Policy, and as an intern with the Sacramento Public Defender. Upon graduation from Pacific McGeorge, Mr. Howe was admitted to the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society. Mr. Howe received an MA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of St Andrews, Scotland.

Mr. Howe is admitted to practice in the State of California.
