Description

Gary Specks practices primarily in the area of complex antitrust litigation. He has represented plaintiffs and class representatives at all levels of litigation, including appeals to the U.S. Courts of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition, Mr. Specks has represented clients in complex federal securities litigation, fraud litigation, civil RICO litigation, and a variety of commercial litigation matters. Mr. Specks is resident in the firm’s Chicago office.

During 1983, Mr. Specks served as special assistant attorney general on antitrust matters to Hon. Neil F. Hartigan, then Attorney General of the State of Illinois.
