Description

Mandrika Moonsammy joined Kaplan Fox in 1998 and has worked on many complex commercial litigations, including some of the largest antitrust and securities class actions filed in U.S. courts. Mr. Moonsammy also works closely with the firm’s attorneys in the investigation and analysis of potential antitrust cases.

Mr. Moonsammy is familiar with all phases of litigation, including from the filing of the complaint to discovery and all the way through trial and appeal. Mr. Moonsammy is well versed in all major litigation database infrastructure and trial technology suits. His years of experience in the e-discovery field has led to reduced burden and costs relating to processing of the ever-expanding universe of electronically stored information (“ESI”) due to advances in technology. Mr. Moonsammy works closely with the firm’s attorneys to devise cost cutting strategies and in some instances builds and manages ESI (and paper) databases in-house for some of the firm’s cases resulting in substantial savings. In addition, Mr. Moonsammy often provides critical advice to the firm’s attorneys regarding the selection and management of e-discovery vendors, such as ESI vendors, hosted services and forensic experts.
